Agamani maintains a trustworthy refund policy so that our donors can feel honored to be associated with us. We take great care to process donations in accordance with the instructions that our contributors have signed on the donor forms, which are available both online and offline. However, the Vijaya Agamani Foundation shall reply within seven working days of receiving the donor's complaint in the unlikely event that there was an incorrect deduction or if the donor wishes to cancel or deduct the donation.

The type of card used during the transaction will determine whether the incorrectly deducted money is promptly refunded. Within three days of donation, we would need a written request for a refund from the donor along with documentation of the deduction of the donation amount. In these situations, the donor must return the original receipt to our official address if it has already been given. After three days, no refund will be processed from any type of refund request.
